EXCELLENT IMPACT ASSOCIATION
is a dynamic, youth-centered organization committed to raising a generation of visionary, entrepreneurial, and socially responsible leaders. Founded by Mr. EYONGEWUBE CLOVERT EYONG, on the 25th of January, 2021, registered as an association on the 28th of July, 2025 (No.725/G.37/C54/VOLI/SAAJP3AP) on the pillars of Youth Empowerment, Business, Leadership, Finance, and Charity, the association provides platforms for personal growth, enterprise development, and community transformation. It exists to nurture purpose-driven individuals who are capable of creating sustainable change in their lives and the societies in which they live. Excellent Impact Association is an apolitical, non-denominational and non-profit making organization.

Excellent Impact Association is committed to empowering young people with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to excel in leadership, business, and finance while instilling a heart of service and charity. Our mission is to build a platform where youths can discover their potential, develop entrepreneurial ideas, learn to manage financial resources responsibly, and lead social change. Through structured programs, mentorship, and community outreach, we seek to raise leaders who are not only successful but also compassionate dedicated to solving real-life problems, uplifting others, and building Excellent Impact Associations one youth at a time.
CORE OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the association include
- Organizing leadership training programs, workshops, and academic seminars;
- Supporting underprivileged students with scholarships and educational materials;
- Promoting health awareness campaigns and medical outreach programs;
- Encouraging modern agricultural practices and entrepreneurial development.
CORE ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT
Excellent Impact Association engages in a variety of impactful activities that align with its core pillars:
- To equip youths with leadership skills through structured bootcamps, workshops, and ethical leadership training.
- To enhance public speaking and civic responsibility among young people through interactive seminars and community engagements.
- To promote academic excellence by organizing motivational school talks and career guidance programs.
- To foster mentorship and career development by connecting students with professionals and role models.
- To support underprivileged students with scholarships, learning materials, and school support programs.
- To build sustainable educational sponsorship models through donor-driven student adoption and fundraising initiatives.
- To raise health awareness on hygiene, STDs, mental health, and general wellness among youths and communities.
- To improve access to basic healthcare through free medical screenings, outreach programs, and health talks.
- To promote menstrual and personal hygiene by distributing sanitary kits and hygiene education to girls and women.
- To encourage youth participation in community health via volunteer mobilization and outreach logistics.
- To develop entrepreneurial capacity in youths through training in business planning, branding, and innovation.
- To promote modern agricultural practices by training youths in smart farming and connecting them to funding opportunities.
